“For in the warmth of His presence, our lives change. Without him, everything would truly be gray…” – Pope Francis (2022) |
Revival’s in the Air! Join us for this exciting journey ahead…
This year, Corpus Christi Sunday (June 11) takes on added meaning as it marks the 2nd year of a 3-year National Eucharistic Revival launched by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). This 2nd year is to be spearheaded by each Catholic Parish across the country. The purpose of the Year of Parish Revival is to discern how we might “heal, form, convert, unify, and send” our parishioners through a “rekindled relationship with Jesus in the Eucharist.”
At the conclusion of the 9 AM Mass on Sunday, June 11, we will hold a Eucharistic Procession to conclude the 9 AM Mass. The procession with the Blessed Sacrament…reminds us that we are called to go out and bring Jesus to others. To go out with enthusiasm, bringing Christ to those we meet in our daily lives.
The route of our procession will leave Church and process within the parking lot, stopping 4 times to intentionally pray for the Revival on a Parish, Archdiocesan and National level. By God’s grace, may we become what we proclaim!
