St Norbert’s Knights of Columbus is providing Free Employment and Career Counseling

The St Norbert Knights of Columbus Council is sponsoring an Employment Support Initiative.  The Council will match mentors for free advice on: persistence in looking for jobs; review of resumes and CVs;  Inquiry, introductory, and follow-up letters;  how to develop references;  interview skills for phone, online, and onsite meetings; perspectives on careers to different fields;  transitions from college to the first jobs;  making career changes.  Our members have broad backgrounds covering the trades, academia, finance, engineering, pharmaceutical, IT, accounting, legal, and health professions.  We want to share our life experiences as part of our ministry to live out STEPS.
